Clearly not the same quality

Please note the photo and the difference in shoe. The shoe on the right was purchased at DSW, the shoe on the left from Amazon. I decided to return the DSW pair because I realized I needed a different size. I saw this same exact shoe on Amazon (Clarks Juliet Lora Loafer) and ordered them here. When they arrived, I knew immediately they were not the same shoe, although claiming to be in the description. The photos on Amazon also show the shoe with a cushioned insole, and that was not consistent with the pair that was shipped to me. There is no cushion in the Amazon shoe, and the sides of the shoe were already frayed and beginning to rip straight out of the box (as you can see in the photo). The Amazon shoes also sat shorter than the DSW shoe, probably due to the lack of cushion and support. The number one reason I love Clarks shoes is because of the comfort. If your feet do not need cushion, support, and you don't mind the frayed edges, then these may be okay for you.

This shoe looks lovely .. color pewter is beautiful . However , it’s made cheap not like my other Clark’s shoes. After wearing two times (at work where I do desk job , not that involves much walking ) skin has started to chip off. It cannot be worn anymore as it looks worn out already ! Disappointed with purchase. Will talk to Clark’s for return

Tight and Noisy

These shoes make a squeaky noise when you walk. They are a little tight in the toe area and puff out at the sides. The heel is perfect, but they are pointy with limited toe room. Now that I have walked in these for a day my feet are killing me. I tried a heavy sock, shoe horn, and cardboard but there was no give. Donated them to charity. Hopefully, someone with a very slim foot will get to wear them with no pain.

Ortholite Footbed?? This is like walking on a sheet of paper. Absolutely no support. Yes, it feels great to the fingers. But not to your feet. You can feel every crack in the pavement, and the cold. I wore them to a meeting and stood afterwards 10-15 minutes. My feet hurt for hours!

I probably should have sent these back and gotten a half size up, but I'm hoping the leather will loosen over time! They're definitely a little small, and quite narrow about the toe box, so if you have wide feet at the toe like I do, watch out! A shoe stretcher or stretching spray may help.

I also found that the top of the heel digs into my left Achilles tendon and left a little blister, but I would guess that has to do with the prominence of my tendon more than anything else. Just know that if that's a common problem for you, you'll likely have it with these. If the shoe was a little lower-cut at the heel I wouldn't have this issue.

They're very stylish, classic and understated with a flattering cut. A perfect low-key work shoe, and the footbed is very, very comfortable, so if you don't have rubbing or pinching issues, they'll be comfy for a lot of walking!

I have very narrow feet, this shoe was actually too tight, ouch! If you purchase this pair of Clark's get a size up, & also wider. The heel of these shoes were Painfulll! Although a
Beautiful looking shoe, I've been wearing Clark's for years these are by

I think this is going to be one of my best Amazon purchases. I paid $28.50 including tax as they apparently were on sale. When I first opened the box I didn't think they were attractive. However, when I put them on my feet they were heavenly. Perfect fit and sophisticated look. They will be great with suits for work, Church, Etc. The slightly higher heel gives them a dressier look. The quality is what we expect from Clark's.

I don't believe these are authentic Clarks shoes. The insole is not the same as the nice, cushion-y insoles that you see on the same shoes in the stores. The toe of the patent leather shoes crease extremely easily - I mean they were creased within minutes of me walking in them - so the quality is not what you would expect of Clarks shoes.

The shoes looked great. However, I ordered a wide fit and as soon as I opened the box, I knew they wouldn’t fit. My left foot is a bit bigger than than the right and when I squished my feet into these shoes it was evident the leather would never stretch enough to fit properly or be comfortable.. so they are going back!!
If you have a wide foot, you should probably pass on these. Those lucky enough to have a narrow foot should be able to enjoy these.
Giving these 3 Stars only because they were a really nice looking shoe; Fit would get 1 Star.

Painful to walk in for an extended period of time. I just leave this pair of shoes at work to change into. So I don't really walk great distances using it, it's only worn in the office. Then I switch into runners or different comfortable shoes when I am ready to head home.

I ordered these in a wide to ensure my toes weren’t too crunched together. My feet aren’t even wide, but it’s just more comfortable to wear wider shoes. THESE SHOES ARE SO NARROW IN THE TOES, THAT I’M SENDING THEM STRAIGHT BACK TO AMAZON. They are narrower than my regular width shoes.
