Pros: Solid construction, and legs are an easy assembly. 20 PSI for a 2 burner is great, this will get your food hot or water boiling FAST. You should probably buy a double burner travel bag for this, as it's a pain moving this around, or having 4 legs rolling around in your trunk.
Cons: Measure your pot! More on that below. Other than that, just a few inconveniences: the the knobs do not have a good feel for how high you've turned them on, you can just spin and spin them. Plus the air vent for the propane line are important, and they ARE adjustable. It's just too bad that they are placed where you simply cannot see them, nor are their any markings for "open" vs "closed." I'll have to just don heatproof gloves and fiddle with it until I get it just right, I guess?
Brewers Beware! (or anyone with a ~15 gallon pot). I purchased this for my home brewing, with my 15 gallon brew kettle. Ss Brewing Technologies 15 Gallon Stainless Steel Brew Kettle This kettle is the very common proportion of 1.2:1, and it's dimensions were very clear. However, despite a lot of research into this double burner, it turns out that the dimensions for this burner are misrepresented, and now my pot hangs over by barely an inch! Seems small, but either one edge of the pot is on the burner, or the other, while the other gets caught on the edge, leaving me with 10+ gallons of boiling liquid, wobbling back and forth, even shaking the burner! This could be pretty dangerous, and is a big disappointment. If you have a 12 gallon or smaller pot, you will easily fit on the welded supports, and a 20 gallon pot would hang over 3 edges, and be more stable. I guess I'm just the unlucky brewer of the day.
Update: Concord responded and helphelped me by refunding enough to buy an aluminum frame for the pot to stand on. Adjusting review to 3 stars.
