I bought for my for Boy Scout camp. He was extremely pleased with it. He charged fully on the wall charger before he left. Then he placed in the sun a few times during the week to help it maintain a charge. He was able to keep not only his phone charged for the week, but several others as well.

Easy to operate. It is a bit difficult to make sure it is turned off or on. Does not come with instructions for charging or full use options. I wish it had a way to hang it now that I see some of the other options out there but for my $$ I like it.

It is nicely made but does not perform as advertised.
The one we received did not charge via the solar panel.
You can charge it with a wall charger and it puts out a small amount of power to charge your phone but is quickly depleted.
We have a 3200mAh USB portable charger that seems to have more capacity than this.

It does not charge with the sun at all. Left it 8/9 hours in direct sunlight and it did not build up any charge. It is worthless.
