I recently purchased a popular essence product and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the experience. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that the essence liquid had leaked out, causing a mess and potential damage to other items. To my surprise, this issue seems to be a recurring problem, as I discovered through other customers' reviews. It is disheartening that despite this recurring issue, there has been no noticeable improvement in the product's packaging or quality control.

I must admit that the essence itself is of good quality, and its fast absorption provides an instant moisturizing effect. The formula lives up to its claims, delivering the desired benefits for the skin. However, the consistent problem of leakage during transit tarnishes the overall experience and raises concerns about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
