Pillow arrived on time and well packaged. I was dubious if any pillow was worth this price, but being new to CPAP and already frustrated with mask leaking, I thought this might do the trick. I was right! The contoured ends of the pillow are perfect to allow the mask to stay comfortably on your face without shifting. The pillow is incredibly comfortable and the covering is very soft. It does have a zipper on the underside of the pillow and is removeable for washing. I am also able to put my arm under the pillow into my favorite sleep position: another win!
