I absolutely LOVE this pillow. While I use a CPAP machine, I actually bought this pillow as I felt it would offer me good support for my neck when sleeping on my back, and I hoped it would relieve shoulder pain from when I sleep on my side. When I first used this pillow while laying on my back, I could feel the support for my neck which I really appreciated - and the pillow cradled my head. And, because I have the wider end of the pillow under my neck, I have noticed that when I sleep on my side there is good support for my neck and shoulders and my shoulder pain has almost gone away. I sleep much sounder than with my regular pillow which is a My Pillow brand, sometimes sleeping through the night because I am not having to fluff or move the pillow around for better comfort throughout the night. This pillow does work well with my CPAP mask and hose - so that's another plus. This is the only pillow that I use at night for sleeping now and I highly recommend this pillow to anyone wanting good neck and shoulder support while sleeping. I'm not sure what the lifespan of this pillow is - so I am considering purchasing another one to put in the closet for when I need to replace the one that I am using now.

This would be a great pillow for me if the memory foam weren’t so squishy. It compressed too much to keep my neck at a comfortable angle but there is no interference with the CPAP mask. Otherwise seems like a great pillow.

I love this pillow... but I have to use it upside down.

If I sleep like it intends me to use it I get a neck ache

I flip it around and it gives my neck the perfect amount of support

Ergonomically it makes better sense as well because it isn’t compressing and is now actually providing some cervical decompression

Definitely try it both ways. I was going to send it back but I flipped it just in case and now I can’t imagine sleeping without it

I am a side sleeper who moves around at night because of arthritis in my knees and bursitis in my hip. when I rollover, my mask would shift and leak with a standard pillow. According to the data from my machine, the mask leak improved. The mask cushion I am using is almost due to be changed. This may mean that I may only need to change out the cushion less frequently.

Didn't change my sleep experience

This pillow didn't change my sleep issues with the cpap so I'm returning it. Perhaps it is best for people with face masks. I have a nose pillow and this just pushed the mask away from my nose when I turned on my side. It's a good quality pillow and nice color, just didn't work for me.

Then I got a new mask.. and realized this pillow was hard... so compared pillows and this one had good reviews. I slept with this pillow .. did not turn it ..flip it or flop it around. I just laid in it and went to sleep.. no issues. My full face mask melted into it without issues and I went to sleep.. no tossing. I am 4’11” and slept in the thinner edge if pillow and it was perfect but if you turn it around it’s thicker for normal people. Lol
