My son's HyperX Xbox headset volume was not working well and he was ready to order a new one so I thought I would give the CRC a try. I had to disassemble the headset to access the encoder but that only took a few minutes. Three short squirts of the CRC cleaned up the signal as good as new (see the noisy before and clean after pictures). If he has volume control trouble again, I will update the review.
