I was able to find one that works great from Cable Matters: Cable Matters 10GBASE-T 10 Gigabit SFP+ to RJ45 Copper Ethernet Modular Transceiver for Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Huawei, Mikrotik, Netgear, and Supermicro Equipment

I think you need the SFP+ to work.

It seemed to work when I inserted it into my UDM-Pro but too late did I see that it isn't supposed to. I do have to ask why "ubiquiti support" is listed and they hid that it isn't and the very end of the name where it will be typically cut off and not read.

UPDATE: I got a message from the seller that the notification was for an older version of this module. Current versions are known to work. They told me based on the date I purchased it; it should work find with the UDM Pro and that they have updated the listing. I added a start for the good communication from them.

Affordable Transcever

This is a really nice RJ-45 transceiver for SFP port. Tested on TP-LINK ER7206. This allowed me to use my SFP Port for WAN port, freeing up one of the RJ-45 Port for Multi-WAN Uplink to the ISP. This option also eliminates adding an additional device of an RJ-45 to Fiber converter which also require power. It makes things simpler and easier.

My only complaint / nitpick, is that it gets warm to the touch and sticks out like a sore thumb. However, performance was never affected. I don't know about its longevity, but compatibility, functionality, rated speed, and performance, this is a winner.

SFP to RJ45 are all the same in my experience. Works in SFP+ port, too. The only possible issue is if the equipment is expecting a particular speed like 10Gb and it is plugged into 1Gb, in which case you may have to manually set the speed in the equipment but that option is not always available. It is probably rare to use SFP in anything other than 1Gb, so issues are unlikely.
