Great price for a very durable cord

Very high quality cord used this to replace the cord between two dvd players in the back of the head rest of my truck this cord is very solid seems really durable my kids bang into it all the time and it is in a vehicle so it takes some abuse and it still looks and works great and having a faster cord is awesome the second screen now comes on before the first when with the stock crappy cord the second screen took like a minute after the first one came on to light up huge difference

Good, solid cabling, solid connectors that sink tight. I'm getting Max USB 3.0 thruput to my external 4TB drive. NOTE: The default is Male/Female, but you probably want Male/Male if you are connecting a computer, Xbox, tablet to a hub or external device! Make sure which ends you need, but most likely it's Male/Male.

Ordered this to extend a USB connection from the wall to my media center computer that is housed in my A/V rack. I fished a 50' Cat6 cable from my A/V rack to my living room and used a USB over Cat5 keystone to add a wireless keyboard dongle. That way I can control my media center and surf the web, or shop on Amazon from my TV in the living room. So far this cable has paired quite well with this setup.

The outer jacket is nice and beefy so it molded well into the nice trail of wires that extend from the wall to the A/V rack. The fit in the USB port is nice and snug. Not too tight but you don't have to worry about it just falling out of the wall or computer. If I need another, I know exactly where to look.

I'm always impressed with the quality of cable you get for such a low price. This cable is typical of other Cable Matters products. They know that cables are their core business and they make sure they deliver a product made well enough that you will return to them for your future cable needs. This was my second attempt at acquiring a USB 3.0 cable that would stretch 10 feet without losing signal integrety is slowing down the data, and was also well made enough to work with today's OTG charging options. This cable exceeded all of my expectations. It's also the only USB extension cable I have that my Logitech webcam will still work when plugged in to. The only area to improve upon is not in the cable, but in how it's labeled and adversised. Be sure that you need two male ends on the cable you are buying. This is not clearly labeled, so it is easy to mistake it for a normal extension cable.
