Even though the bags of candy were well packaged, the candy is all in shards. It must have been dropped at the warehouse where it wasn't checked for any defects. Not very pretty for an easter basket like I planned. I would like to get a refund or replacement.

I had planned on using these in Easter baskets for my family but almost every egg in the bags are cracked and broken. I'm very disappointed.

While the Cadbury eggs are still yummy, they arrived almost completely smashed. In the bag I opened, only 4 eggs (out of the dozens in this 10 oz bag) arrived intact. I haven't opened the other 3 bags yet, but I can hear the crushed shells tinkling around in there, so I know they've been destroyed too. I had planned to repackage them with other Easter treats in pretty gift bags, but will now have to find something else. Buying them via Amazon was a complete waste.

Most people probably already know if they like Cadbury Mini Eggs, but just in case you haven't tried them, they follow the premise of the M&M - chocolate interior, candy shell exterior. However, these are far superior to M&Ms because the quality of the milk chocolate is higher. The candy shells are not smooth and shiny, but that is in keeping with the egg theme as they are matte and egg shaped. Personally I would still eat them if they were completely white but they're pastel shaded, I guess for kids. As an adult with no children, I say whatever, just hand 'em over. They also have a faint vanilla flavor to them although I've never checked the ingredients. They're sugary perfection.

Overall they're the only Easter or indeed holiday candy I crave these days, since I have given up on most candy in general. The rest of the year I make do with dark chocolate bars. While it may seem odd to purchase a four pack when you don't have kids, understand I live in a rural area with few shopping options. I went to the store the day before Easter hoping to grab a bag or two on clearance, but they were completely sold out. Since Amazon had this four-pack listed for about 35% off with Prime shipping, it was kind of a no-brainer. I may give a bag or two away, but the price and free shipping were totally worth it.

Last note - these do not keep for long term, especially if you open them. I don't know if it's the lack of shiny coating or what, but it seems like after about two months in storage the chocolate starts to separate and they're not quite as tasty. So don't hold onto them for ages, just eat them as they are meant to be enjoyed!

I had to buy these because my housemate had a couple bags and I ate them all. I didn't mean to. It's just that they were sitting out in a bowl, and then when that bowl was empty, I had to fill it, and then I realized that I should just take the entire bag. And the next bag.

Then I ordered this pack of four to replace those two bags. The fact that there were two more bags left over for me was just a fortuitous coincidence. Those bags did not last long.

These bags were actually much newer than the ones I originally polished off (2013 vs. 2012) and the fresher taste was noticeable. Only a few cracked/broken eggs, pretty good considering how thin and fragile the candy coating (some diabolical mixture of sugar and crack) is.

I was really excited initially when I found this 4-pack of Cadbury Mini-Eggs on Amazon. If you examine the time and lot stamp on the bags that you can purchase at the local store (e.g. Walmart) you will notice that these bags from Amazon are LAST YEAR's candy! The chocolate is hard and stale. I'm very disappointed. :-(

I was excited when I found these on Amazon outside of the Easter season. I used to get them growing up only in my Easter basket. The chocolate is rich and the candy coating has a pleasant taste and melts away. I love holiday candy, but this is definitely my favorite selection.

While the candy tastes good with a good, creamy mouth feel, rather than being first quality they are more like seconds. Those items that quality control inspectors pick off the production line and toss into a bin. There is really nothing wrong with them...they just don't look as good as the rest of the pieces on the line. My candy came packed 4 10 oz bags in a larger plastic bag. One of the bags was not sealed properly, so half of the candy was laying inside the bigger bag. About 1/4 of the candy in that bag was broken either in pieces or had pieces of shell missing. I haven't opened the other three bags yet, so I don't know the condition and/or quality of the product. My 3 star rating is merely because the candy doesn't look as good as it does if I buy a single bag at the grocery store and pay about $5-$6 bag for it. So, all that said, I think I at about $12, I got a good deal.
