Copyright page indicates that this textbook is a translation into Spanish of the book in English titled Essential Calculus Early Trancendentals by Larson, about 2007 or 2008 depending on publication or copyright date. Maybe 2010 shown here is when this translated volume of 2007 or 2008 was printed in Spanish.
A photo of say Isaac Newton in the Spanish version will show you where the same text near Isaac Newton photo is in the English version, if one is weak on Spanish wording and has both versions to see both languages.
Some other variation editions of this Larson 2007 2008 Calculus book with various titles can similarly be searched by say finding the same photo of Isaac Newton, because other variation editions from that same time period have the same text, but often that text is put on a very different page number. Thus, it seems that math text sections are moveable paragraphs or sections adjusted by the author to different page numbers in the various version editions of the textbook. The numbers in the moved equations stay the same regardless of the page number.
My Larson math books in 2013 generally say that a Spanish version is on the textbook's website.

Definitively what I was looking for, it is a little expensive but totally worth it, it has lots of exercises and the theory is understandable
