This is probably one of the happiest surprises I've had purchasing a CE. I am a long time Cod player but I've been burnt out by the franchise for a little while. This game has changed that.
First, the game. It's call of duty of steroids and it's awesome. There is so much to do, customizing your campaign character and gear / base, doing free run trials to practice the new wall running mechanic, zombies mode, multilayer mode, custom paint jobs for your weapons that are then showcased to other players not to mention the customization options for your specialist and classes. I have played this game off and on all weekend and am still finding plenty of new things to do and they're all a load of fun.
The Collectors Edition part of this is simply awesome. The coasters are made from silicone rubber, which means you can wash then gently to clean them, they have a great grip on tables and most importantly they look great and not cheap at all. The cards you get with the specialists photos and details are interesting, nothing that really blows me away but cool none the less.
You also get the games soundtrack on digital download, several in game weapon skins, the season pass, and of course, the fridge.
The fridge is great, all of the details are painted on so those vents on the sides you see in the picture don't actually work. That's my only "gripe" about it and that doesn't even bother me at all. It's good size fridge you'll want to probably set on top of something for easier opening. You can hear the fridge humming if the room is totally quiet but it's not bothersome at all.
Bottom line you're paying $60 for the game, $50 for the season pass before all the other awesome stuff is even taking into consideration. $90 for a mini fridge, high quality coasters, and the rest are a steal!
Lastly, the red zombie box that it comes with looks AWESOME, it has no branding or logos or anything, so it's a wonderful decoration in its own right.
If you can find this for the initial price of $200.00, BUY IT! You won't regret it!
