Item was received in good condition. It is the first time I have used this and will definitely purchase again but probably not in summer. It took a week to receive and was left at the front door in the sun on a hot day even though there was a perishable sticker on the box. No knock or doorbell, luckily it was found shortly after delivery or it would have melted.

Superior white chocolate for baking

The taste and consistency of Callebraut white chocolateis far better than any white chocolate chips I have ever used for baking usage. The chips often have a waxy taste but not these guys. Macadamia and White Chocolate cookies and Raspberry White Chocolate cheesecake are just two of the dish that are elevated by use of this product. And it is good for just a nibble by itself. Well worth the price!

Problem with seller...

I am leaving 3 stars because the chocolate arrived melted almost completely. Here is the reply of the seller: "We'd have to submit a claim and see if any expedited method was purchase with your order. We usually send it Second Day as a courtesy but it doesn't guarantee it from any melting".
They ended their message with "I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you"

After that I did not hear anymore from them. If they sell this product but cannot guarantee not arriving melted, why offer two-day free shipping? I rather pay more and be sure of receiving a perfect product. I did not order during hot weather, and never expected this outcome.

I tried tempering the chocolate (using a machine) and it did not work. So basically I can use this chocolate for baking, but not for its intended purpose, making bonbons.

I am very disappointed and just want to warn people that if you see a great deal like this for getting Callebaut chocoalte, beware....

The media could not be loaded.

I ordered this chocolate due to its quality. When I went to open my package, chips of chocolate were falling out. Once completely opened, there was two large slits in my bag. And after further inspection of the chips, they have been melted due to exposure to heat and there is dirt on them. I can't use this. So disappointed
