About the Author
Steven Fiorito has been in the counseling field for over 27 years. For his entire career he has helped clients to manage anger, deal with emotions, develop conflict resolution and other life skills, and achieve personal growth. He is a certified Anger Management Trainer and has been facilitating Anger Management groups and individual counseling for the past 13 years in an outpatient setting. He is the owner and Executive Director an outpatient treatment program and has recently started Street Light Publishing and Production Company focusing primarily on Self-Help literature and films.

A great book for anyone who doesn't want to spend endless hours reading about their emotions but rather quickly accessing issues to think about and work on. It has helped on many days, and having it handy is good because that day's meditation may not apply to you in the morning, but by noon it may seem as if it was written for you.
Check it out. It works.
The affirmations have been very helpful and on the mark. It's great to realize that their is help, for anyone who wants it, on this journey of life.
This is nothing that those calendars with the positive affirmations and the cute cartoons don't have.
