I own several versions and colors of Calvin Klein Short Packable jackets, and this is my favorite. First off, the "sandstone" color just makes you look dressy even if you're not :) And the gold tone hardware isn't overpowering as I thought it might be, so it doesn't look cheap or cheesy. The hidden zippered pockets on this version is VERY nice and adds to the sleek look. I own the "packable short hooded jacket version" and its more poofy and heavier than this one, not because of the hood but because the lining and exterior of this one is "nylon" and the hooded version has a "polyester" lining which adds to the weight. I also own the version like this called "chevron" with the gold tone hardware. Its a dressier version, but I still like this one better because this one is really lightweight. And again, the chevron version has a polyester lining.
So, for this version, the exterior is 100% Nylon, Interior lining 100% Nylon, filled with 90% Duck Down and 10% Waterfowl down. And the tags say Calvin Klein Premium Down, as I understand some Calvin Klein down jackets have less than 90% duck down so these would be a better buy. I also understand that there are some really high premium down jackets made of 100% goose down, and in most cases cost a lot more than these do for sure. Regardless, I really like this jacket and it fit me true to size and has a nice shape and curve. I have short arms and the sleeves are not too long at all. I also have the saphire blue color in this design and its a royal blue with silver hardware. Another thing that I didn't notice in any of the photos was the fact on the left side sleeve at the top is a round circle logo with the name "calvin klein" printed on it. You can plainly see the logo on the blue and black colored ones for sure (i have several colors). But, the sandstone one you can hardly see it because the color is a golden brown and it blends in with the color of the jacket.
I purchased all my jackets when they were on sale and I would suggest buying a couple when the go on sale, like one for dressy occassions and one for a basic day out and about. They are very nice indeed, and pack up wonderfully for traveling or backpacking. I own a total of 4 and wouldn't hesitate to purchase a 5th one (probably a red one) at a later date. One more thing, these jackets in my opinion are good for low 30s and above temps without any layering. Other than that layering would be a must.

Fashionable lightweight, but not for colder weather
This packable jacket (bought the sandstone in large) is nice and likely worth the money when on sale (lightning deal/black Friday). The sandstone color vibrant and the interior is a pastel pink color. I am normally a large, but this jacket runs a little big, so I would recommend maybe getting a size down. The jacket tapers a bit at the waist, but is not too tight--looks good in that respect. It's very soft and comfortable, but when I wore it outside, it did not provide that much warmth (it's very thin). Not what I expected and the durability does not seem to be high, although if you take care of the jacket, it will last. I think it would be fine to wear above 40 or 45 degrees F.
