Accurate parking everytime!
The Accu-Park helps you park cars, trucks, trailers, RV’s, 5th-wheels, bikes and other vehicles accurately and consistently. By installing the Accu-Park in your garage, you will take the guesswork out of knowing how far to pull your vehicle in. No more dings on the bumper or bumping your vehicle into items in your garage. Accu-Park will make parking stress-free and protect your valuable vehicle.
Accu-Park installs easily by using the pre-installed adhesive strips. The adhesive strips are cross-linked, closed cell polyethylene foam with a high shear, high tack, synthetic rubber on both sides. This high quality adhesive will keep your Accu-Park in place for years to come. Accu-Park is 18-3/8" wide and will accommodate dual tires. It is made from durable polypropylene and is designed with ribs to add strength and prevent warping. Proudly made in the USA.
How it Works
Begin by parking your vehicle exactly where you want it. You may want to have a friend assist you. Next, place the Accu-Park in front of the driver’s side front tire. Mark the spot where you placed the Accu-Park with a pencil, remove the Accu-Park and move your vehicle away from the spot. Make sure the spot you want to install the Accu-Park is clean and free from debris to ensure a strong seal. Take care not to remove the pencil marks. Remove the paper from the adhesive strips on the bottom of the Accu-Park and place it firmly where you marked. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before bumping your car against it. Pull your vehicle back into the spot and stop when you feel the tire bump against the Accu-Park.

Tough quality. Stuck to the floor great. Can feel them no problem. If someone says they can't feel them they either have a very large vehicle (and probably need something more appropriate) or else they're going too fast an not paying attention. I couldn't imagine not being able to feel these. They stop my car without my foot on the break.

I read suggestions to hang a tennis ball from the ceiling of the garage with string, but am not really a "handy" guy, and did not like the idea of a tennis ball just hanging there at all times. I then came across these items on amazon.
For reference, both of our vehicles are "cars", not SUVs. Both have factory installed 19inch rims. I mention this, as the way this works is for you to pull into the garage to the desired location, take the product and slide it in front of one of your wheels, mark the garage floor where the product is, back the car up, then remove the tape from the item and stick it where your mark is.
Thats basically it. Takes about 3 - 5 minutes total, no tools, etc. In usage, you just drive into your garage like you normally would, until your tire touches the item. Its a plastic bumper, and is low enough that you CAN drive over it (meaning it is not like a cement stopper that will damage the underside of your car).
You can definitely feel the stopper when you coast into your garage, and because people are already used to driving up to the cement type rails, there are no new "behaviours" that need to be learned. Simply drive up to it and stop when you feel it under the tire, confident in the fact that you are neither to far out, or too far IN the garage.
I liked them so much I ordered some for my mother in law, and sister in law, who also have smaller "tight" garages. I really do not see a downside to it, and it is plastic, and very well made.
Highly recommended for creating a safe zone in a garage for parking.
This is ONE self-stick tire-bumper, and it really works for me. I think two would be an inconvenience since it can cause a stumble if you aren't watching for it. It's wide enough so that I don't have to be perfectly aligned, and although my tire can easily roll over it there is enough of a grade so that you can't miss it.
Typically, when I feel the bumper I put the car in park, release my foot from the brake, and the car rolls just a fraction of an inch forward. Fortunately I planned for that by giving myself 2" so the garage door will still close. Sometimes I'm short but after a couple of months I'm normally dead-on.
My garage floor is concrete without any oil, and I just wiped any dust away with my hand before sticking. It sticks HARD so get it right the first time. I was able to pry it up once and it stuck back down well, but I wouldn't want to do that again.
I get a perfect park every time. I was looking for some cooler options like a laser, but I'm glad I went with this due to the price and how well it works. Sometimes just a simple solution solves a simple problem.
