Product is wonderful!! Delivery was quick and the customer service as well. I lost the manual and within the noon I was helped! There is a charging cable, battery, and port cables included so that you can use the camera immediately as well as being able to upload it to either a computer or TV.
Quality is very nice! I am currently using it for home videos and I highly recommend it. The audio is also very nice. Again, I greatly recommend this and any problems you have will happily be answered to just as mine were :)
There are also other small notes I enjoy very much. The menu is easy to use and has multiple features depending on the use. I mainly use it for video but it can also take pictures and selfies. There are multiple features to help you create the perfect picture which them.
Not only is there a manual to help you through this, but the screen also tells you which buttons to use (For example, to pause a video you need to press the button to take a picture. The screen will tell you this)
Lastly, I absolutely adore the cute features of welcoming and turning off. Starts and ends your work wonderfully!!
P.S. , a note on cameras in general and how this camera handles it: A lot of cameras have a problem with a white screen. Rest assured the camera works perfectly fine and you can still record and transfer videos. There is a ribbon on the inside that allows you to see the video on screen and it is simply a little loose.
If you feel you need to open the screen to re-put it, the screws are right by the 'FullHD' label. You can flip it to the side to reveal the tiny screws. However,
Please know that most likely you won't have to do this and I recommend you don't anyway. Messing with the mechanics could perminately damage the camera when this problem is not serious.
Most likely, just flipping the screen around and turning it on and off again will fix this. I have done this multiple times and it has never failed me. The white screen only affects during start up. If your camera starts up fine, it will remain fine the whole time you use it.
