I bought one last year during my half marathon training and wore it for
every run. It's been great! The only problem is that it's become more than
a bit stretched out now (probably since I use it nearly every day) and now
flops around my waist on my runs instead of staying snug. That's why I'm
purchasing a new one. Also, one thing that would
be a great improvement is if the main pocket was a bit larger. I have a
Samsung Galaxy Note and it's quite large, especially with a case. I know
others who have the latest editions of the iPhone also could use more space
to fit their mobiles. Since I use the running belt mainly to hold my phone,
it would be great if it fit a bit better into the belt.
Enter the Camden gear belt. This thing is great. It's very thin and sleek, and very well thought out. It's made primarily of neoprene (or something similiar) and stretches and fits any body type. The seams are sewn well, and it seems very strong. It has reflective tabs sewn on it for that extra running safety.
I carry a phone, a little cash, my ID, and some copies of my house keys. There are two pockets: The larger one holds my phone, cash and ID. My phone is an LG G3, which is about the size of an iPhone 6+. I imagine this pocket would also hold a phone the size of a Samsung Note or Nexus 6 with ease. The other pocket is half the size of the larger pocket, and in here go my key copies, to keep them separated from my phone. The larger pocket has a headphone routing "gasket" on the backside, which is a nice touch.
That's really all there is to say about it. It's a very well made product, and rightly deserving of its 5 stars.
I have a note 4 and it's a snug fit, but still not too hard to get it in and out. I have a thin case on my phone, I don't think it would fit with a big heavy duty case though. I keep my key(s) in the front mesh pocket as well. It's gotten a lot of use, and the zipper has probably been used thousands of times and it still all works perfectly and looks like new.
Also, it's very low profile which is nice so the whole world doesn't have to know you're basically wearing a fanny pack if you don't want them to. I've also attached photos of it worn across my hips so you can see what it looks like under a semi-fitted shirt, I think it's barely noticable. I usually wear it so the pocket is on my lower back though so it doesn't get in the way when I'm biking/if I need to do a lot of bending or anything like that and it's super comfortable either way, I don't even think about it when I have it on. Overall super pleased with my purchase, item durabilty and function! Would recommend.
I have an iPhone 5s in an Otterbox case and the phone fits perfectly. I can carry everything I need, but not feel like I'm lugging around a fanny pack full of stuff. It's so snug/comfortable that I've had several times where I've panicked because I couldn't tell it was on.

except the fact that the hole for the headphone cord's on the wrong spot-- in a long run, it'll break the cord.
