Step 1: Turn valve to start inflating Turn valve anti-clockwise to inflate. Sleeping pad may inflate slowly upon first use or after extended storage.	Step 2: Wait for pad to self-inflate Allow sleeping pad to self-inflate. You may need to press down along the pad to encourage airflow if the material has creased.	Step 3: Inflate manually if desired For extra firmness, sleeping pad can be manually inflated by blowing into the valve. Built in pillows require manual inflation.	Step 4: Close valve Turn valve clockwise to secure once sleeping pad is sufficiently inflated to your liking.

HOW TO USE THIS SLEEPING PAD?
1. Take the pad out of its carrying bag.
2. Open the valve and place the pad flat and it will auto-inflate.
3. Closing the valve to prevent the air from rushing back out once you lay on it.
4. Inflate the pillow by your mouth or air pumps.
5. Enjoy the comfort and warmth of our Sleeping Pad!

HOW TO PACK UP THIS SLEEPING PAD?
1. Open the valve. Roll the mattress up quickly. You can kneel on the pad as you are rolling it.
2. Close the valve. Unroll the sleeping pad to its full length again.
3. Open the air valve again. Continue to roll up the sleeping pad
4. Screw tighten the valve and then hitch the pad with the black elastic band (included).
5. Then you can fit it right in your stuffed sack.

Feeling pretty ripped off about now

Took it out to inflate as soon as it arrived in preparation for a camping trip this weekend. It never inflated completely, and eventually formed a large bubble on the top right-hand side. Returned as defective, and got back less than what we paid (lost about $4 on the item, plus the taxes paid). Feeling pretty ripped off about now, to be honest.

Also of note: The company offered a further refund if I removed the review.

We went on a 2 day camping trip. We both woke up with aching bodies. The pad is maybe an inch thick once "filled." It is also not easy to put away after being used, does not deflate completely. If you sleep on your side while on this, it feels as if you are on the ground. I would never recommend this pad especially for this price. I wish I would have kept the box to send this back. Go for something else!

Very pleased with this recent purchase. Have used many camping pads/etc. in the past, and hope this one will last (unlike some of the others). Slept with two people (5'4" 130 lbs. + 6'1" 230 lbs.) for five nights total. Great for two people, and probably great to double on itself for one person. Was initially skeptical of comfort with the pad only being ~1" thick (based on product description) but pleasantly surprised, very comfortable. I even told my partner after the first night or two that it was more comfortable than our bed at home (memory foam). Did lose some inflation by the third consecutive night, should've re-inflated it. Very easy assembly and disassembly. Straps keep its size contained, and bag is great to have, too-- although one small downside is that the bag doesn't have a handle to carry it. Another perk is the pillows are attached and are manually inflated separately, so you can cater each to your preferred thickness/"fluffiness." This would probably also be good if one person were to use it folded on itself and just inflate one pillow rather than two. Additional pro: easy-to-clean/wipe the slick material. This would not be an item to take backpacking due to its size; it's not compact. Highly recommend!

Packs up much bigger than I thought it would. Almost as big as a tent. It's fairly comfortable, but claims to be ultralight and compact, and it simply is not. If you're looking to make your KOA or state campground tent stay more enjoyable, this will do that. But for the price, I'd recommend an air mattress and battery pump. would not buy again or recommend to a friend.

I was skeptical about this, but pleasantly surprised. While its not an air mattress, its inflatablness (i invented a word) was interestingly comfortable and did in fact auto inflate. We've used it a few times camping already and enjoy the extra padding and ease of use. The kids seem to love the pillows, which you blow up by mouth, but the adults could do without.

Could feel the ridges of the truck bed

Used this three times to see if it would get better, or if it was user error but I’m done. Unfortunately, too late to return. This does not inflate much. I used it in the bed of a truck and could feel the ridges of the bed underneath me. Even worse if I tried to sleep on my side. I might as well have had a blanket underneath for a fraction of the price. Disappointed because it was $70 and it fit perfectly in the bed.
