Can it be used in Europe on 220 volt ?

Yes. You will need either an adapter or a European plug to use a European outlet, but since it has a battery, a MacBook can handle European voltage. (In fact, I have mine plugged into a European outlet right now.)

Yes it can. Proper adapters are available from Apple Store.
