This olive oil is amazing. I use it for dipping and vinegarrettes. It’s delicate and I love their the oil is produced from trees that are 2000 years old. I hope the violent settlers in the West Bank don’t burn them all down. I also love that this is a sustainable company who gives back to the Palestinian farmers with deeply rooted connections to the land .
