Great wick holders

Verified Purchase

You stick the wick base to the bottom of your container, then press your wick into the "V" in the middle of the holder with your finger or thumb. After pouring your wax, you need to position this straight above the base until the wax cools and you are set to remove the holder and snip off your excess wick.

Works very well for me on all containers that I've tried it with. Note that they are 4" long so any containers with wider openings than that won't work for this - just keep that in mind for your larger candles.

These are very easy to use right out of the bag, and are what I use for my projects.

Not a fool-proof way to keep your wicks centered, but it's a vast improvement over the scotch tape I was using before! It can be tough to get the wicks in them, which can result in yanking the wick and cracking the candle once you're done, so be sure to be gentle and wait until the candles are mostly dry before you attempt to remove these bad boys.

These stays take a little patience while you are learning to use them. It's a bit of a balancing game, but once you get it, they work quite well. So I wouldn't not buy them. You just have to give yourself time to learn how to use them. We made 48 candles and by the time we had gotten halfway, we could set the stays up with no problem at all.

I have been making candles for about a year or so and wanted to be able to keep the wicks straight. I purchased these and what a difference they make. All of my candles are nice and straight. I want to add that I split the center open a tad more and now they are great for me. I would purchase these again if I lost them. They are worth the price to keep the wicks nice and straight.

These wick holders are essential when making candles! They worked great for me. I used the EricX Light candle wicks. The only problem I had was some of the wicks didn't stay in the wick holder. I really just had to push it in further and it worked out okay. Very convenient product and I expect they will last me a very very long time!
