I would hesitate to buy the EF-S lens. Some of the 7d owners, including myself, would probably consider, in not very distant future, either upgrade to a FF or get a 2nd FF body. EF-S only works for APS-C sensor. If you later get a 1d or 5d body, you will have to sell your EF-S lens.

If FF is a possibility for you in future, the 24-105 would be a better investment.

I purchased the items on your list except the battery grip. I bought everything direct from Amazon except the 24-105 lens from Cameta

Adorama-com, BHphotovideo-com, are both great retailers with excellent customer service.

Adorama and B&H Photo as mentioned as well as Amazon are good choices.

BTW, I might also recommend looking at the Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Lens for the 7D since 24mm isn't very wide at all with an APS-C sensor.
