The camera itself is pretty amazing if this is your first one. I enjoy messing with the settings and navigating through which ones work for the setting your in. It's easy to handle, it has the automatic setting if you don't want to bother working it out yourself, and it really seems to be user friendly. Sometimes the camera response is slow, and will say its busy and there doesn't seem to be any obvious lighting or focusing issues that would catch it up and it won't take the picture. This could also be memory card related, though. It's a nuisance, but not a crazy one.
The presentation of the bundle itself is a little misleading. The camera is the only Canon product.
When the package arrived, I had one lens right out of the packaging that was cracked from one side to the next. The company was great, though! I took a pic, sent them a message and they sent me a replacement right away. I didn't have to send the broken lens back. They actually even sent me a whole new pack of the 3 lens that it was in. Response time from them was quick and easy.
The other pieces not being Canon don't seem to impact too much of anything. They're easy to get on and off. The extra battery is a definite bonus, as well as the car charger! When I have the battery in the camera that is not Canon, I see no difference in the functionality at all.
The bag fits a good portion of what you get. I wish it was a tad bigger maybe with an extra pocket. But you can definitely make it work. The fact that the bag is compact is nice, it keeps the camera nice and snug and you don't have to worry about it being jostled around much when moving (I hike and do some urban exploring so this aspect has really been put to the test!)
The memory cards...do their job. I've learned that it's worth getting an additional card with some more memory that suits these cameras a bit more. I'm not sure I would even have much to say about the memory cards if I didn't randomly start researching if they have any impact on the camera or the pictures themselves. The SD cards will more than suit your needs if the extra purchase isn't feasible. (I will add that I had one of the 2 cards get corrupted while transferring them to my CPU. I had transferred pictures at least 12 times up to the time this happened, with no issue. Done the same way every time. It could be 100 different things that happened, but I lost well over 200 pictures. This may have nothing to do with the card itself, but it also may have everything to do with the card...something to keep in the back of your head if it happens to you, you're not alone!!!)
The biggest issue I ran across, and is why this rating is not 5 stars, is the extra flash that it comes with. Keeping in mind that I'm far from a professional and may be missing something that's staring me right in the face on my end. The extra flash does not fit on the camera with the way the flash on the actual camera is positioned. To my understanding, the extra flash is triggered by the flash on the camera, giving the additional light you may need. But the flash on the camera can't be used when the extra flash is attached, so even having it defeats the purpose. This may be the piece that actually makes the difference in the name brand not being Canon, because I would imagine Canon accommodating for this. The flash on the actual camera is not just on the side and is always showing. It pops up only when you wish use it...the extra flash included sits on a contact spot right above this, and stops the flash from even opening on the camera itself. If you already have the flash open on the camera and try to attach than, the base of the extra flash is not long enough to reach the contact without shutting the flash back down on the camera. This may not really impact others but for me it was a let down. When you do any type of urban exploring, you need other light sources when it comes to photography because odds are there is little to no natural light.
Overall, a great Camera. The bundle is also great and maybe not having everything be Canon brand is ok. I'd be a lot less upset if something happened with something here as opposed to a Canon piece, because the differences in price are........not the same, lol. If you're looking to just have a better camera than your phone or this is something your just trying out to see if you like it, it's definitely worth it!

However, if you are in the market for a DSLR for shorter video work, or for still photography, I wholeheartedly recommend the Canon T7 Rebel; and for the money, I also wholeheartedly recommend purchasing that camera as part of the Pixel Hub Canon T7 camera package!
Don't get me wrong this is an okay package for beginners to get a camera and alot of accessories to start. However this is very misleading and I doubt Canon would be supplying products from a different company that they make themselves. The price is reasonable but it if you are looking for well made Canon products then this probably isn't for you. And Amazon might need to look into the legitimacy of this seller to confirm it is actually canon and not another company misrepresenting them.

There is an auto-shutoff feature than cannot be disabled and will force you to restart the camera every 30 minutes.
Go for the Sony A6100 instead.
otherwise it wakes OKAY pictures.
