This setup offers an improved native sensitivity range of ISO 100-40000, which can then be expanded to ISO 50-102400, as well as speedy shooting rates of up to 6.5 fps.

I upgraded from a 3Ti and couldn't be happier!
There don't seem to be any down side to this camera. I love the movable back screen. Touch screen makes expanding photos really easy and the menus are very clear.
Purchase was made directly from Canon because my wife's old camera developed some problems and canon gave us a great rebate for sticking with Canon so I paid less than I would have if I purchased it from Amazon. I have purchases all my lenses from amazon though.
Can't go wrong with this unit.
