Can this card be used in a DSLR like Canon T3i or Nikon D5100 with the full-size adapter?

Since it is a Class 10, which is currently the fastest rating, I don't see why not. I know I've used it in the full-size adapter in a number of different situations. However, without re-formatting it, I can't try it out in my DSLR.

You shouldn't have any problems. Will probably need to format it in your camera once you get it.

Yes, I have one in my T2 with an adapter. It is fast enough to take 18 mega-pixel pics or 1080 video without even a hiccup. Buy it, you won't be disappointed...

A
Micro sd and regular sd are the same format of storage so will work with an adapter
Just make sure that your camera supports SDHC (32GB & lower) or SDXC (64GB & higher)
