Capitalism Works Kindle Edition

4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 3 ratings

Have you ever been stumped by arguments from statists or socialists? Do you have friends that ruthlessly insist that capitalism can never work due to one reason or another? Are you interested in learning more about stateless libertarianism? Do you want to be more familiar with the arguments for capitalism so you know how to debate those dirty capitalist pigs who hate the poor? If any of this appeals to you, then you will enjoy my book "Capitalism Works"! The book includes 30 essays against the criticisms of capitalism raised by socialists, left-wing anarchists, progressives, conservatives and those well-versed in economics. Almost none of the arguments in this book are the mainstream rhetoric you can find on television or blogs, I have done my best to supply the reader with the most innovative and potent arguments available. "Capitalism Works" will give you new lenses through which you can look at the world and new arguments to employ in reasonable debate.

The author is very thoughtful, presents his arguments in clear fashion, and offers a worthy, straightforward read for anyone interested in the basics of liberty, such as how to provide the presently "public goods" the State has monopolized in a society without the State, i.e., in the absence of coercing payment from unwitting people.
