Grew on Me

After listening to this album for the first time, I thought that this was easily the worst official album of Jones' career. Though I do not consider Jim Jones an elite-caliber rapper or lyricist, I have long thought of him as an under-appreciated artist with a unique and distinct style who makes great songs and albums - Harlem: Diary of a Summer (2005) is one of my all-time favorites in the genre. Despite my initial reaction, subsequent listens to this album proved worthwhile as I have come to thoroughly enjoy a majority of these songs. The album has a raw and unrefined feel to it - similar to Diary of a Summer but not as well-executed. It's difficult to view the song with Ashanti as anything but an abject disaster but this song aside, every track bumps. All four bonus tracks in the Best Buy exclusive are standouts, so consider this an option if you're still undecided about this. Final analysis: your music collection will not be incomplete if you do not have this, but if you are a fan of Jones and his previous work, "Capo" offers much to enjoy.

Jim jones is one of my favorite rappers and this cd doesn't disappoint. While it's not my favorite album of his i still like it a lot.
Perfect day is one of my favorite rap songs iv ever heard
Drops is out and heart attack are pretty great as well.
Overall a solid cd.

This CD is straight garbage yo

So I purchased this album thinking I'd hear good music. Guess what. I heard terrible music. It's frustrating when you spend your hard earned money on a guy that can't even rap, and he puts out an album worse than you could ever believe yo. I wish I could overwrite this CD with Alvin and The Chipmunks' Christmas Hits. My advice for anyone is, if you're looking for awesome music, avoid Jim Jones as much as he avoids making awesome music.

The Best Jim Jones Yet-Tight as hell

JJ has outdone himself on this bumpin cd. How can this cd be rushed when it's been several years in the making ? I've been bumpin "Everybody's Jones" and 'The Paper"and 'Getting To The Money' in my Cry300 all week. "Carton Of Milk" is another MF track.The track with Ashanti is bumpin. This whole cd is worth the money and tight as hell and very well produced. The Jim Jones haters need to leave the planet. JJ is indeed Capo in Harlem and in the rap game. Stop the hatin you playa hatas.

Are there any rappers out today, who can make a good cd from begining to end..... One song,... Perfect Day ..that you can say is decent...wow. Thats why old school hip hop still gets major play on my mp3.. dont want to knock they hustle but many of these so called artists lack the skills, like KRS ONE says. I would jus get out the game. but wait we still support these artist with our dollars????
