I got this book as a gift from my wife, who in turn received it as an appreciation token from an elderly woman she looked after. I started reading it, but could not bring it along on my business trips without complications. Fortunately, I found it available on my kindle unlimited subscription.
It is a very interesting take in the history of the airline industry. And while it was written in 1979 I still see some eastern airlines jets around Miami area airports. It would be interesting to know what role carry out today, be it as charter airplanes or cargo.
