Have these in paperback and wanted for my Kindle. As always great series... but the stories are not in the correct order!

Her website even shows Captivated is book 1. Not Entranced! Luckily Kindle has a go to feature. However first time readers will be reading it out of order without knowing.

So first time readers.... The correct order is...
Captivated
Entranced
Charmed
Enchanted

I think I have most of Nora Robert's books on my Kindle (and we own 4 kindles, counting the PC versions). I have a lot of them in paperback as well, but i ran out room to store the hard copies. I'm a 65 year old male, Southern Baptist Preacher and I still cry over fairy tales. Somebody is going to say, yes but these books are about witches. I don't know what that says about me. I do know what it says about Nora Roberts. She always writes a fascinating story that I want to read over and over. I am very glad to see that that Ms. Roberts is allowing so many of my backlist favorites to be reissued in the Kindle format. The Donavan legacy series have long been among my favorites. Captivating is the first in the series. It shows what happens when a throughly modern man (a screenwriter no less) meets a beautiful, throughly modern Irish witch. He writes about witches and ghosts and things that go bump in the night professionally, but he is not a true believer, until the witch demonstrates her power for him. Actually this is the formula for the entire series--a set of cousins with heriditary elvin blood end up marrying very modern, very skeptical people and live happily ever after. It's silly maybe, but I preordered the whole set for my Kindle, and have just finished rereading them, and in six months to a year, I'll probably read them again.

I had read the Nora Roberts novel "Entranced" several years ago and always wanted to read the books for the other two Donovan cousins, but never got around to it. A few months ago I picked up this book (which has all three novels in it) and read straight through the entire thing in a few days!
The three stories are "Captivated," "Entranced," and "Charmed."
"Captivated" centers around the first Donovan cousin, Morgana. She is a witch who runs a wiccan type store in Monterey. Nash is a novelist who specializes in horror stories (like Steven King I guess) and he is planning to write a novel about witches, so he comes to meet Morgana since she is infamous in the area for being a witch. At first he doesn't believe her powers are real, but as the two continue getting to know each other and fall in love, he begins to believe. I love both the characters, Nash and Morgana. They are extremely well written and fun, I quickly became attached to them. Their story was fast-paced and easy to read, I found it thoroughly enjoyable!
"Entranced" is about the only male Donovan cousin, Sebastian. He has psychic powers and often uses them to help the police when they are stuck on a case. Mel is a private investigator searching for the kidnapped baby of one of her friends. She doesn't want Sebastian's help, but the distraught mother called him anyways. The two of them go on an intriguing journey to find the lost child, and in the process (of course) fall in love! This was my favorite of the three stories - I really became fond of Mel especially. Probably because she reminds me a lot of Eve Dallas, the main character of Nora Roberts' (aka J.D. Robb's) "In Death" novels. Again, the characters are fun, sympathic and enjoyable to read about.

These tales of love and romance with a bit of magic are classic Nora Roberts. I have all of them in paperback and looked forward to the convience of having them on my Kindle but several things ruined the reading experience. First was the price. It's cheaper to by them separately. I assumed the combined book would make reading easier. WRONG! As noted by another reviewer, the stories are out of order. Even more frustrating, at the beginning of each of the four stories, you must tap through 18 pages of copyright information and a list of Nora's books. Once would be enough but four times is ridiculous! If an unknown author had these formatting problems, there would be no five star reviews. I love Nora Roberts but will not buy any more trilogies because them seem to be thrown together with minimal editing and an eye to profit, not the quality product we have come to expect in her hard copy books.

I didn't think I would like this book when I picked it up and realized the main characters were witches. I have never been interested in the supernatural or the occult or anything of the sort. Imagine my surprise when I persevered and ended up enjoying the books very much! The first book, Morgana's story, was the weakest of the three. Her gift is one of magic and her "tricks" seemed very stereotypical things to write of. She was likeable enough but the story itself didn't grab me. Then I got to Sebastian's story, and I was really hooked! His gift is of sight, and he uses this gift to help recover a kidnapped baby. His relationship with Mel was realistic, their dialogue snappy and amusing, and it was just all-around entertaining to read. The last book, about Anastasia, was also a winner. Her gift of empathy makes her compassionate and strong yet extremely vulnerable at the same time, and her relationship with the unfortunately-named Boone was nicely developed (although at times it was less-developed than the relationship between Ana and Boone's daughter, Jessie). The best-written relationship at all, of course, is that of the three cousins themselves. They may be only children but they act like triplets. I would definitely recommend this book to others, even if you think the witchcraft aspect is not for you. I didn't think it was for me either, but Morgana, Sebastian, and Ana were almost as normal as the people next door.
