If you love caramel, you'll love this book.
This book is truly a must have...one of the best books on making all sorts of caramels that I have come across in a long long time.
ADD IT TO YOUR LIBRARY...it is indeed an EXCELLENT BOOK!
Well written & contructed. Great advice on "how to" and "what not to do".
Jammed with wonderful recipes & photos.
I've tried a number of recipes in here and have been happy with them all. The Salted Caramel Buttercream recipe dropped jaws and I made another variation of it by dropping the salt and dusting the cupcakes with the Praline recipe, which is also in this book. The Chocolate Dulce de Leche Pecan Pie will solve all family strife over the holiday table and the Caramel Ice Cream is instant euphoria. Really, this is a great, great book. Caramel really isn't that hard to make it just takes a bit of practice and the reward is baking from this book!
Whether you have a sweet tooth, or just like to provide people with something that brings out the "wow" on occasion, this little book will do the trick.
