Recently acquired this set together with the 1mm diameter set.
Since these bits are so small it is difficult to do any real pcb cnc routing with them. If you do however want to route with them, the machine has to be set to such a slow feed rate that it just isn't practical. They are great for drilling holes.. So I'd rather recommend a v-bit set with a small tip to cut your circuit board tracks.

The cutting part is far too long for any real use, because it deflects a LOT (up to 1mm) even at very low feedrates. Also I took a magnified photo of the tip and it seems to be a drill tip rather than an endmill one.
I guess it's just a .2mm drill. It actually works pretty well as a drill, it's just not an endmill.
