Pour the bag contents into the tank before water is added. Remove the clarifier packet inside and pour the clarifier in once the water had been added.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I purchase two 20 pound bags for my FRESHWATER TANK. OF COURSE i rinsed the Sand out and I added it right after an complete 80% water change. Fill the rinsed sand into a bowl and lower it to the bottom of the tank, then pour slowly. I recommend watching a YouTube video for a better understanding.

I thought I made the wrong choice when the delivery came but once the water was in and the lights were on it was the best decision, beautiful white sand with small specs of Fiji Pink rocks and really helped the chemical balance within my tank, Will 10/10 recommend.

I had ordered 2 bags but got 1...good thing is they refunded the amount for 1 bag within a week.
It's been just a month now and the CARIB SEA Aragonite alive reef sand seems to have started doing its job perfectly.
I had mixed it with dead sand which it has been slowly turning to live.
The appearance is unique and very appealing.
Pros: It suppressed the new tank syndrome, reduced ammonia, natural filter. The water is clean and crystal clear. The best part provided lots of surface area for bacterial adhesion.
Cons: None

I would recommend this product a must buy for all reef/saltwater tanks.
My tank dimension: 42X16X18 (inches)
FYI: 1 bag was enough to attain a depth of 1.5 inch ( I had mixed it with dead sand. 22lbs Carib sea sand + 7 lbs of Dead sand)
