ALISON DONNELL is Professor of Modern Literatures in English, University of Reading. Her publications include Twentieth Century Caribbean Literature: Critical Moments in Anglophone Literary History and The Routledge Companion to Anglophone Caribbean Literature (co-edited with Michael Bucknor).
MARIA McGARRITY is Associate Professor of English, Long Island University, Brooklyn. Her publications include Washed by the Gulf Stream: The Historic and Geographic Relation of Irish and Caribbean Literature and (co-edited with Claire A. Culleton) Irish Modernism and the Global Primitive.
EVELYN O’CALLAGHAN is Professor of West Indian Literature, University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados. Her publications include Woman Version: Theoretical Approaches to West Indian Fiction by Women and Women Writing the West Indies 1804–1939: A Hot Place, Belonging to Us.
