This is my second Joying unit and I have loved both of them. My first was an OEM unit for my old Rav4. I loved that unit and it worked amazing, however I got in a bad car accident and all was lost in that car. When I bought my new car, a nissan rogue,I just couldnt go back to a stock head unit. I decided this time to go with a universal unit from Joying so that it wasnt car specific. I reached out to joying to get my car specific harness to make installation nice and easy (highly recommend this). Since it was my first universal unit, I had a TON of questions and trouble shooting. Customer service is wonderful. I assume they are based in China but would respond to my emails within 24 hours. I will continue to buy from Joying, not just because of the quality of their head units, but because of their incredible customer service as well. Highly recommend!
