AS soon as my 4 1/2 year old saw this, he had to have it! He loves it! My only complaint is the quality of frightning 'mcmean'. The lightning bolts on the body of the car are just stickers. We've had this toy less than 24 hours and all of the stickers are starting to peel off :( I am not sure why it wasn't made painted on like all of the other pixar cars.

When we first took this out of the box and assembled it, I thought, there isn't much to this. I thought it was going to "do" something. But my boys LOVE it! They have played and played with this, screaming for joy the whole time.

The base spins, you drop the car on it and proceed to smash, crash and hit the car! What more could a boy want? They really love it so it was a great purchase.

My 3 year old son enjoys this gift he got at Christmas. He currently loves Mater/Cars and monster trucks. It made this purchase seem to be the perfect combination. The actual gameplay involves the child putting two (or more) cars in the "ring" and then pressing a red button on the side of the toy. The interior of the "ring" is a disk that spins in clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. I guess this is to simulate a wrestling match! The object seems to be to get one car out of the "ring" by using different provided levers to knock the cars around.

The spinning disk was the Christmas Day favorite and watching the cars tumble. But by New Years it no longer held their interest as much. Instead he now tries to apply pressure to a car and try to counter-act the spinning motion (meaning, he mashes down on the car into the toy). I have even caught him trying to sit on the disk. The toy is not built for this type of play and it is only a matter of time before he causes the disk to never spin again.

But for the time being, it is one of the more popular toys gotten at Christmas 2012! It is fun to watch as the trucks and cars tumble about.

I thought my 4 year old would love this, but he quickly lost interest. He loves the monster trucks but this wrestling set ended up just taking up space. Not constructed very well and too much money for what it is.

This is a fun toy, but the monster doesn't stay standing well at all (easy to knock over I guess) and the catapult spot doesn't move our trucks. My son played with it for two days and lost interest...

So far so good. Most used feature by my boy is the spin action. Can't spin more than 2 monster trucks ( mayb the ones in set of 5 were heavier? But if that's the case, wldnt the diecasts b way too heavy?) He loves his wrastlin set n monster trucks. my concern is the catch for frank's monster. My boy keep pushing frankM down with hitting the panel, n the catch seems to b holding on slightly only, not sure how it will b in the long run.

The Cars Toon Monster Truck Wrastlin' Ring was purchased for my 4 year old grandson. He really likes to play with it and so do I. It is fun and has a lot of action. I liked it so much I bought another one for my 3 year old grandson.

This was a great idea, and my son liked it initially, but the thing fell apart constantly, and it always ended in frustration and moving on to another toy. Bummer because this is his favorite Mater toon.
