    Product Description

    Cooking gets personal with this mini square frying pan. Perfect for Small living spaces and for preparing single-serving meals, this cast iron pan is pre-seasoned to protect the surface, and offers superior and even heating. Simply apply a light coating of cooking oil before each use. When you're finished cooking, it makes a great serving piece as well, whether you're frying up an egg for breakfast or having fish for dinner. Plus, it can be used on multiple cooking surfaces, including stoves, induction cooktops, grills, campfires, and in ovens up to 500 degrees F. Measurements with handle: 9-1/4 x 5-1/2 x 1-1/4 inches. Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately. After each wash, rub the entire pan with a light coat of oil. Use enough oil to restore the sheen, without making the pan “sticky." Oiling the pan after each wash will help keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.

    Purchased two of these 5.4 inch cast iron frying pans. I must say these pans come in handy for multiple dishes like appetizers and personal meals. Definitely you get your value for money when purchasing this product. The thickness of this cast iron frying pan is perfect for even heating. Can’t go wrong.

    I have read several comments relating to rust and corrosion. First things first these pans will rust if not taken care of properly. For those who have rusted cast iron fry pans it is an error on your part not the pan. Even though this product states “pre-seasoned”, I still gave this pan an additional seasoning. That is using in my case a avocado oil since it has a high smoke point. Placing the cast iron pan upside down in oven on 450-500 degrees for a couple hours. This will allow for a coating that insures easy cooking and a lite cleaning. After cooking lightly clean by wiping away anything left your pan. Never let pan air dry or leave to soak in sink. I recommend placing the cast iron pan into oven on 350-400 degrees to dry. This will prevent any rust from becoming present. Occasionally re-season pan as over time it is needed.

    I would definitely recommend this product👍🏾.

    Just like any cast iron cookware, there are certain things you need to do to use and care for this pan. Even though it is "preseasoned" you should wash and season it when you get it. Don't put cold food in a hot pan. Don't rinse a hot pan in anything but very hot water. Next, dry it and heat it back up. Rub it down with oil (I like grape seed oil). Then put it away. Otherwise, iron will rust or crack.

    Excelente sartén, el único detalle es que hay que curarlo antes de usarse, el proceso es sencillo, solo hay que aplicar aceite y dejar que se caliente hasta que empiece a soltar vapor y así por unos 5 minutos, después solo hay que remover el exceso de aceite y de allí se puede guardar o inmediatamente empezar a usarse.
    Excelente para preparar un huevo estrellado, porque no se pega ni un poco o para freír. Funciona a la perfección con una estufa de inducción. Recomiendo el producto por la calidad-precio que maneja y porque la descripción coincide perfectamente con el producto.

    The size is perfect, but as others have stated, the inside is very very rough. No way will you be able to cook properly in this without intense seasoning beforehand. Rinsed with water when I first got it. Rusty in half hour. I will review again once I have taken some time to properly season it. But I think due to the very rough inside Surface it will take a LOT of work to make this pan usable.
