These are sooooo great! I use them for baking, freezer cooking and packing my daughter's lunches and snacks.
For freezer cooking these come in so handy! They hold about a cup worth of stuff so I use them to freeze small portions. When bananas get ripe before I can use them I mash them and freeze in these cups, once frozen I pop them out and store them in zip lock bags in the freezer. I also make large batches of muffin batter and freeze in these cups (2/3 full) I pop them out and store in zip lock. When ready to bake I put one back in the muffin cup and bake in my toaster oven for individual muffins instead of a dozen.
For lunches these make cute dividers for different snacks in the plastic zip lock lunch container I use.
At first I was a little disappointed because these cups were a little too big to fit in my jumbo muffin pan. However, I could squish them in no problem. I really didn't think I could bake these on a cookie sheet and be happy. I thought the cups wouldn't hold the shape but they do no problem! The outside doesn't burn or stick to the cups. They pop out easily even when the muffins are hot but I like to wait until they are cool because the muffins aren't as delicate then.
These are super tough. My daughter plays with them after she finishes her snack and I flip them inside out all the time and they still hold their shape. These are kind of big so I would suggest buying the other sizes as well and I am sure you will find uses for all of them. I'm definitely going to purchase more because 6 isn't enough!
1/7/15: I love these cups so much that I finally ordered another set! So worth it 5 stars again! My original set is still in perfect condition.

Shipping was fast...Like a day in a half...I received these muffin cups less than two hours ago, so I tried them out. They didn't stick and were easy to use. My blueberry muffins turned out perfectly cooked and removed without manipulation. I waited about ten minutes before removing them from the cups. I do plan on testing them to see if I can use them for cornbread, as I usually put pour the uncooked cornbread into a muffin pan nowadays, instead of pouring the mixture into a pan. I think that anyone who bakes muffins and cupcakes should consider trying this line of products. Since this went so well, I plan on purchases silicone cooking pans and then I can throw away my metal pans.Check the packing review because I am about to upload pics of the muffins in the cups and how they looked when I took them out. Happy shopping!!!

-holds ~1 fluid cup
-thick silicone walls
-fits easily in a larger bento box
-vibrant colors
-dishwasher safe
-odor resistant, but NOT odor proof--if you put hummus or other pungent foods in this, it will retain smells for a bit
-great for freezing one-cup/single-portion soups/stews/sauces/stocks
-cute jello molds
-easy mini-quiche molds when you don't want a true "mini"
We use these primarily as cereal containers in a bento box. Great for portion control, when you're doing foods that go down easy. Great also for things like mandarin oranges in a bento, when you don't want foods to touch. Too large for its labeled use, though, for us. We could never see making muffins in these, unless they were going to be cut up like a cake!

I was so skeptical of this and had been bad mouthing baking with "plastic." I know these aren't plastic, but you get it.
I'm a bit of a baking snob.
Here's what I have done so far:
made messy filled cupcakes and then popped them out to freeze some. (There are only two of us and I love to bake.)
I also bake in these and then deliver food to "friends" and those who need a smile and break from cooking.
I have made mini pot pies and again popped them out to freeze for quick, last minute,"oh man, it's dinner time" meals.
I do use a light coat of oil or spray. The are easy to clean. Place them in a sink of HOT water, then wipe them out with a clean cloth towel. You can put them in the dishwasher to occasionally. Even with my messy baked goods I feel no need to do this. However, once in awhile I want that false sense of "sterilization."
to make and pop out to eat immediately, take as a meal to someone and or freeze. (I think I need to order more of these for those days when I want to bake a lot. Just 6 won't do. I ordered 2 sets so I have 12 and I still want another.
Suggestions and possibilities: meatloaf, shepherd's pie, pot pies, cheese cakes, cup cakes, lava cakes, etc....

They really don't hold form well. Once the batter is in the weight was to much for muffin cup. Did even try using it for bath bomb cupcakes after I figured out that they just don't cut it in the oven. That did work a little better: I reinforced form with a thick rubber band.
So it is a definite NO for baking, unless you want a mess in your oven and an OK for craft projects.

We purchased these not for really large muffins, but for mini cheesecakes that my son takes to school in his lunch. I bake in them, and send them to school in the same container which I really love. They perfectly fit into our used whipped cream cheese containers, so there is no waste or foil to mess with. If I spray them with canola oil spray before baking, I do not have any problems with sticking. Since I have not used them with batter I cannot say whether that would stick or not, but I suspect that they would be fine. I really love the large size - they seem almost Alice In Wonderland like, and the colors are really fun. My son uses these almost every day and we wash them in the dishwasher. After many months of washing there are no apparant signs of break down to the silicone. We give these a big thumbs up!

I wish I found these earlier in my life! Greased them once like instructed and they work perfect. I use them primarily to make baked eggs with different vegetables. They pop out every time with nothing left on the edges.
The I my reason I gave four stars is that they are somewhat losing their shape. If I don't put them next to eachc other they tend to widen out instead of standing up.

Sturdy silicone cups
Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on September 24, 2013
I bake muffins and cupcakes quite often. I really like these silicone cups. They're nice and thick, but not so thick the batter takes too long to bake. My kids both have fine motor issues, but these silicone cups are much easier for them to remove on their own, then the paper cups. They are easier to peel off then the thinner cups as well, I think because there is more for little fingers to grab onto. I also really like that I'm not spending money on paper cups for everyday baking, though for special occasions I would still purchase fancy paper cups.

Very large muffin cups
Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on January 31, 2014
These muffin cups are very large. We personnally find them to be too big. We must cut the muffin in two otherwise it's too much for one person ... unless you're a big eater. Easy to clean. Made of quality materials. Recommend for anyone that eats large muffins like they sell at Tim Hortons.

Awesome
Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on May 18, 2013
These are awesome, they're not super thin, so will affect the baking time slightly, but they're nice and big for large muffins or cupcakes and very stable. Easy to clean as well since they're nice and big.

These are excellent, although not being used for their intended purpose. They fit the cup holders in our cars and after detailing its nice to not have they get gross from coffee spills etc.
