This helmet is absolutely spot on for me. I'm using it for triathlon rather than on the track. I thought it may have been too hot to be comfortable but I've worn it in a hot sprint and a 70.3 now and that's not a worry. It's somewhat heavier than a road helmet, but not enough to cause discomfort. The visor gives excellent visibility and there's no buffeting at all, even into a strong headwind.
It also looks incredible.
All around a top-notch product.

This feels like a very high quality helmet in addition to looking great. I don't have a wind tunnel to test it on but it feels very aerodynamic. The wind rushing by my ears is much more substantial than any other helmet I've ever worn (Is this a good sign I don't know?).
The screen comes off with enough force, I think this is a good thing in event of crash to prevent facial lacerations. There's no obstruction to vision whatsoever and I forget I have a screen in front of my face sometimes. It's ride-able at night but I wouldn't recommend it due to its slight darkening (very slight). The sun shading is not quite as effective as sunglasses but much better than the naked eye, plenty for my normally sun sensitive eyes. It's very nice not having to put sunscreen any where near or above your eyes!
My head is 59cm and I actually went with a medium (large was just too big). It's extremely tight, but wearable.
Hopefully more Casco helmets will be available in these here United States, I want them all.
