I am a nurse on a medical surg floor and I found this book extremely valuable. It presents a patient along with all of their signs and symptoms and you have to figure out what is wrong. There is a clear explanation of what the diagnose is and its treatment. There are 100 case studies in all. I find this a much better way to learn plus it gave me confidence when I was able to figure out the correct diagnosis. I know it will help me in my practice.
