The competition is the Yamaha PSR-E463, and that's a fine keyboard, too, but it's somewhat older and getting a little dated now. The Casio, with the AiX chipset, sounds better to my ears, and the keyboard is jam-packed with sounds, rhythyms, accompaniments, etc. You can play this for years before you'll feel the need to upgrade, and you may never outgrow it.
Feature for feature, and sound for sound, the Casio is far and away the best bargain for your money.
My only gripe: My original keyboard arrived with a dead headphone jack and had to be returned. Amazon replaced it quickly.
