8 months, 2 watches, 1 problem: It stops.
on January 11, 2016
Stopped after a few months. Opened the back, can't take battery out without destroying the metal parts that cover it, so... NO you can't change the battery. Disappointed, I liked this watch.
***UPDATE 6/14/15: After the watch quit working I got another in hopes that the first was just a lemon, because I really do like the design. Even though it says water resistant I kept it out of the water. I work in health care and wash my hands frequently, so occasional moisture on my wrists, which I was careful to wipe off in case I'd exposed the watch to too much water last time. Despite being careful, same problem. First the time slows down so that the watch is 10 or so minutes slow. Then a half hour, then hours, and each time I reset the clock, still falls behind. Then it stops altogether, and again, you can't replace the battery, but I don't think it's the battery anyway. Something about this watch is faulty, it can't survive past a few months. Review downgraded from 2 stars to 1. Wish Casio would fix the problem, it's such a great design for healthcare workers (second hand, military time, date). Fool me twice...
