If you have not read book one ---Breaking Kate, you are missing out, get it today you, must read it before reading Catching Kate. This is great original story that you'll fall in love with. - Tonya Nichols ~ Eye Candy Bookstore
I love that his story starts from the beginning and brings us up all the way to the point where Breaking Kate left off. You're going to enjoy following Mike through his escapades, and you're going to be left wondering if what you wanted to happen before is what you still want to happen now.
It's good guys, & you're going to *WANT* to be in the know. I wasn't sure about the idea of a novella with no more resolution but I love having Mike & Daniel starting off book 2 sort of on an even keel. - Ashley Griffieth ~ Reviewing Romance Book Blog
This was an amazing book just like the first one. This one will leave you hanging so I am so ready for the next one. Dee Kelly is an amazing author and I love everything she has written so far. - Ashley Garland ~ Summer's Book Blog
This is a MUST read if you've already started this series, and if you haven't, why the heck not? You are seriously missing out. - Letty Loca ~ Cover to Cover Book Blog
Full of heart-wrenching scenes. D. Kelly has a way with drama & she made sure that her words will go straight in the readers' hearts. And of course, one of the cliffhanger queens will keep you wanting for more. Catching Kate is a MUST READ. Breaking Kate, however, should be read first. Highly recommended to all the readers, faint heart or not, you'll cry, laugh, and fall in love with the beautiful love story that is the Acceptance series. Five star read. - Liza Flor Dequilla ~ I Dare You to Read Book Blog --This text refers to the paperback edition.

Michael left a ruined and shattered young man with nowhere to go and nothing planned out. All he knows is that the little girl he loved since he was 7 years old and there to get her through the death of her mother, the neglect of her father, and the years between 7 and 18, is a stranger to her. He has been told that she knew about her father's treachery to remove his father from his own company and cause him to go broke, and that Katie stole the paper from his home that put the nail in his father's coffin. He is so angry and devastated by his father's death that night due to an accident caused by his father drunk driving, that he can't deal with any of it any more.
This book tells of Michael's road to finding a family that takes him in as their own , the two brothers and their friend opening their homes and heart to him and he flourishes, but he also stops believing in love. He goes through women like water never needing to know their names, faceless one night stands.
Read this book and see what happened to Michael that fateful night 4 years ago when he was going to ask his girl to get married, and instead walks way from her, never allowing her to explain anything. Read about how an unbelievable coincidence brings his Katie Grace back into his life, but not in the way he needs, and with her, an explanation for things he does not even know about that will make the gref he felt seem like nothing!
Read this book, you will be glad you did, and you get to see both sides of the story. What will happen? Can they forgive each other? Is it too late?
I gave this book 5 ***** Stars, and hope you will start the series, I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.
In case you didn’t know, I loved book one of this series! Sometimes, I am not a fan of (in-between) novellas, but this book was awesome and is very important to the series. It gives us a closer look at Mike, which is a really beneficial, especially because I kind of didn’t like him so much in book one. Now, after reading his POV, I am torn between the two guys, I think I might still be #TeamDaniel, but I am not sure….
This is an emotional book that will keep you wanting more and will completely make you change your mind on things you may have thought about Michael and Katherine’s romance and devastating end. I love reading Dee’s writing as she writes with passion and high emotion; it makes me fall in love with her characters.
If you have not read book one ---Breaking Kate, you are missing out, get it today you, must read it before reading Catching Kate. This is great original story that you’ll fall in love with. I can’t wait to see where the series takes us!

Catching Kate is told in Mikes POV. It feels in the gap before his and Katherines breakup, and the events leading up to their next encounter almost 4 years after their breakup. All hell has already broken lose when we met back with Michael aka Mike in Catching Kate. The cat is out of the bag, and everyone realizes Daniel’s Kate is Mike’s Katherine and Daniel’s friend Mike is Kate’s Michael.
I absolutely loved hearing the entire story in Michaels POV. Knowing what I knew before I came into Catching Kate, and what I learned from it, it is clear that Michael does and always has loved Kate. But when we met Katherine, aka Kate, she was broken, and Daniel pieced her back together. I do not want to see her fall to pieces again. How will she handle the situation? Who will she choose? And will friendships prevail above love?

I didn't like hearing about Mike in Breaking Kate and what he was like as a person no matter what happened to his life that made him like that, there are two or maybe more ways to treat people after what had happened and by the way he treated people after his tragic event says a lot about him
But in this book you get to know Michael the boy and when he meets Kate and Jessica and how they became best friends I understand but I love Daniel and his character and personality is amazing
But you get a good look at Mike hear and I like him a bit more
Can't wait to read the rest of this series
