There are an abundance of changes in the Full Body Edition. Here is a list:
1. A new love interest, Rin, has been added as well as a major plot line that can be accessed from Day 6
3. There are two new patrons to speak with at the Stray Sheep(Roderick and Abul)
4. 20 new animated cutscenes
5. 500 stages, twice the amount from the original release
6. New Babel and Colosseum Stages
7. Improved camera control
8. Two new modes: ‘Original’ and ‘Arranged’
9. New difficulty options
The new route that the Full Body version adds (the character Rin) is great, and I honestly recommend playing that route first no matter whether you've played the original or are completely a new player. It feels like a fuller experience.
The steelbook is beautiful, the puzzles are interesting and challenging, and the addition of safety mode ensures I can just have a blast exploring all of the 13 endings.
About this game, I highly recommend it if you liked previous one. It will not dissapoint you

I knew full well though, that it wouldn't just be "Persona but with adults and adult themes!", although I'd be dishonest if that isn't what I was secretly hoping for. It is first and foremost a puzzle game, a very demanding one at that, with mechanics similar to the 3DS gem "Pushmo/Pullblox", but far more demanding and to be quite frank, not fun. Wrapped around that gameplay core is a layer of adult relationship drama underscored by multiple endings depending on your actions along a morality meter.
I wasn't actually terribly invested in Vincent's plight, yet I thought that I might gleam some personal connection with the story as I too am/was going through some relationship turning points (no, I didn't cheat on my girlfriend with a manic pixie dream succubus and no, my girlfriend isn't pressuring me to adult better/faster and marry her, and no I didn't get her pregnant out of wedlock, but that's besides the point...). There are lots of anime tropes to the plot sure, but its a surprisingly grounded and relatable tale, especially for adults. Still, I somehow wished for more... how should I say... animeisms? I wished the plot were more outrageous and more fully fantastical?
Part of that lack of satisfaction could be down to the length and intended experience. This is not a 100+ hr affair. You don't get to go on social link dates with your bar buddies or your romantic partners. It's not supposed to represent a whole year or TV-season's worth of plot development. It never promised these things and yet I still wished the story and its characters got more...development? It's a fairly short experience all in all.
SO, my bottom line is that you should get this if you're a diehard fan of Atlus/Studio Zero's work, but you may not enjoy it as much as you think you might. I'm awful at puzzle games and derive little to no pleasure from them when they make my small brain hurt, and I had to turn down the difficulty just to get through the story, which again, wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be (I played through to Katherine's True End and have little patience to go back and do the other routes -- I say this as a completionist gamer).
I couldn't tell you if the Full Body enhancements are worth the price of admission either. I would say get a cheap PS3/360 copy, or buy this on sale, or pick up the relatively affordable "Classic" edition on Steam if you can first.
La versión fisica dia 1 incluye una cuja metálica muy bonita. Estoy complacido con el producto.

The steel case comes with a sleeve so that makes me happy.
