I started using this about 2-3 weeks ago after trying a free sample from GNC. As all the other reviews start I will say that this taste good and mixes well! As far a performance I think it definitely helps me with 1. Pushing harder through my 5am WODs with let muscle fatigue 2. Recovery seems to be good too. Like I said I push harder but am less sore for the days after. Plus I like that it has coconut water extract for hydration since I use it 1st thing in the morning at 4:45 as a pre WOD drink. I wanted to try the BCAA from Cellucor but was a bit concerned about the "tingling" feeling a read in reviews. That would distract me during workout.
So overall I'm pretty pleased. And plan on reloading when it's all gone!

This product is a decent product. It does taste great (fruit punch flavor), i could probably drink this all day, but thats not the main reason you spend $30 on 15 servings of Aminos.

Now I'm sure the quality of this product is top notch, but the price is a little steep for the quantity. You need about 2 scoops to match some other BCAA drinks nutritional value on the market. This makes the cost almost 2 times as much. I now see the price coming down every month, which is good as its now more competitive with the other drinks with a higher nutrient profile.

I would buy this product again, but at a lower price, as i feel there are a hand full of options that offer similar amounts of BCAA's at a lower cost.

I do give it 5 stars for flavor and packaging, but 3 stars for value and nutrient profile.

This stuff is my crack. I'm the least athletic person in the whole world so I can't comment on its effectiveness in the muscle recovery department, or whatever it's supposed to do, but the fruit punch version tastes like Hawaiian Punch trickled down to earth from the dewy pastures of heaven. And the watermelon one tastes like an actual real-life Jolly Rancher, like a fat happy farmer, grew the most beautiful watermelon in the cosmos and gave it all to you with a fruity kiss.
I use it to help me get more water on a daily basis, because drinking plain water is like drinking homework.
