Slightly disappointed that the ingredients and nutrition info on here do not accurately reflect what is on the bottle. I spent a lot of time deliberating which vitamins to buy by looking at the nutrient information, but when I received the bottle and compared it to what I read on here, I saw they are different. Not majorly, but slightly different. I believe that the daily values were adjusted and the vitamins had been slightly altered, and this site was not updated.On a separate note, I wish they had more biotin in them. Even though it is the same amount in both, the daily percentage has dropped to 10% instead of 100%. I will likely buy another hair/skin/nail supplement with more biotin and folic acid and take it in addition to this one.

    I like that these vitamins have all the vitamins & Minerals in one pill & I only need to take one a day. However I was watching Dr. Oz on TV and he recommended that people should cut their multi vitamins in half and take one half in the morning and the other half later in the day so that you get a full day of vitamins/minerals kinda like if you were taking antibiotics you have to take them 2 times a day to have a full coverage of them. So Dr. oz said it's the same good advice to cut the vitamin in half take a half of the vitamin 2 times a day so you have the vitamin in you all day, since you pee most of them out thru out the day. I feel a lot better when taking my multi vitamin as my doctor recommended these. I think the price is good & these vitamins have been around for many years it's a good brand. Believe me I can tell a difference when I take these and when I'm not taking them. Also my doctor said that it doesn't matter how well of a balanced diet you eat your never going to get all of the vitamins & minerals that your body needs every day. So these vitamins make sure I get exactly what my body needs. I recommend them/I will order these multi vitamins again from this company.

    I had to write a review on this multivitamin, I am impressed so far I have been taking them every morning, after 3 days I noticed me doing things I have not done in a long time with out realizing it, I have more energy and just feel all around better. I will say I have tried many products and I have not found any that work for me till I tried this. I will say it is true that it will not work for everyone each individual is different and will respond different, I guess I got lucky. This is what I did I went to my Dr. asked for a full blood count FBC results were available online on my diagnostic lab site, I was then able to read the results my self and educate my self with what my results mean what I was low on and so on so after 2 hours of research compared what my body needs to what vitamins are available to be supplemented and came to Centrum Adults has everything I needed. NOTE: I am in no way telling you what to do or recommending you to do it, I am telling my story and how it worked for me. Before dieting or thinking of dieting or taking any supplements first you should consult your Dr.

    The pills are large in size. Since these are recommended by some sites for people who have had wls, I should tell you it is not an easy pill to swallow for someone who has had gs. Also, because of the higher dosage of iron, you may feel nauseous, stomach cramping, diarrhea, and/or vomiting.
    When I first received these, I crushed my pill and took it with juice on an empty stomach. Near immediately I vomited. The next morning I decided to cut the pill in half (not crushed) and again take it on empty stomach with juice. Perfect. I took the next half a few hours later. My husband tried this multivitamin as well and experienced severe stomach cramping as well as other side effects. He is doing well today after cutting the pill in half.

    It's hard to be thrilled about something so completely unobtrusive as a multi vitamin, so I think I'll stray from OH EM GEE DIS IS DA GREETIST to just saying: It's a multi vitamin. It gives you multiple vitamins. What the heck else would you expect?

    Oh, P.S., because it contains iron, don't be surprised if you get stomach cramps and your poop turns an upsetting shade of black for a while. You'll get used to it after a while, but man is it both confusing and painful in the beginning.

    Edited a couple of years later: What's weird is that I originally had no worthwhile opinion on these vitamins, I just figured they were vitamins and all vitamins are created equal and there's no need to really bother about which ones you get. BUT THERE IS. After I finished off this bottle, I started just buying the ridiculously cheap generics you find in your local mega stores only to find that they were all flawed. Most of them actually made me burp a weird metallic flavor throughout the day, and all of them had me feeling less energetic as well. I guess I just never considered that not having any noticeable affect, in itself, is actually a brilliant feature of Centrum vitamins. There's a reason that these are a household name! I'm upping my stars from four to five. I'll never question you again, semi-expensive vitamins that do their job and do it well.

    I had to throw it away.
