Overall a simple device to do the job. My use case is an e bike plug. Bike recommends not leaving plugged in all night. I'm not one to remember to go unplug it after a couple hours.
Set this switch up, plug bike in then select time based on how much charge I think it needs and walk away. Works great.
Buttons are labeled well enough, it is not bulky, and timing seems on the mark enough for me.
I do recommend for anyone with similar needs.

Bought this outlet timer to manage how much time a laptop is plugged in as it has a depreciating capacity. I love that I can push a set amount of time and it will charge only for that amount of time. Only flaw is where one can plug in devices as the outlet is on side.

I needed a timer to use with my one gallon water distiller because most of the shut off timers I looked at are programmed for certain times of the day. I needed a timer that I could easily turn on whenever I needed it and this timer had simple on/off buttons.
Unfortunately, I need a 3 hour and 45 minute timer, and you cannot press the 1 hour, 2 hour, 30 minute, and 15 minute buttons to total up a longer time. It only works one button at a time.
That being said, I have been using it to keep from overcharging my phone and blue tooth speakers, so even though it isn't what I need for the distiller, it is still handy.

I recently became aware of a recommendation to keep laptop, tablet, cell phone, etc. batteries between 30% and 70% charge to maximize battery life. This little timer is a great help. Plug the computer power supply into it, and punch the 15 miunute, 30 minute, or longer button as appropriate to top off the charge when it is down a bit or getting low. This works great, and one very quickly gets a feel for how much charging time to add without overshooting the limits. Because of the timer shape, you can tell from a distance which button you want. Of course, it is a versatile timer, and no doubt good for a lot of other things as well.

Works great. We use it to time a crock pot that holds our jewelers pickle solution for cleaning. After we accidentally left our pickle pot on overnight and had it evaporate and burn we had to do something to prevent it from happening again. It is not a pleasant smell and took several days to air out and ruined the old pot. With this when we sit down to start working in the shop we just hit the 6 hour timer and move on. Crock pot heats up quickly and shuts itself down as the day is winding down. If we are working late we just hit the correct button and keep on going. No more forgetting, no more cooked pickle solution.
