These master quality artist graphite drawing pencils feature superb quality graphite lead that is bonded to the wood casing to ensure that the pencil is break resistant and sharpening is easy and true. Expertly graduated, each has a unique density to tone very light or very dark. These pencils are specifically created to excel with all of the major techniques in drawing including stippling, scrumbling, shading, smudging and cross-hatching. The pencil features a three-phase dipping process for the wood cased barrel. All 12 pencils are placed in a high end hinged aluminum tin. Pencil degrees include 2H (hardest and lightest), H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 8B, 10B and 12B (super dense, soft and dark.) Drawing with colored leads is a recent art trend that has only been available for the last 120 years. Over the last 25 years, there have been significant improvements in colored pencils. Cezanne colored pencils by Creative Mark feature all of these improvements and allow you to fully experience the joy of drawing in color. Your artwork will stay vibrant over time with colored pencils that have good to very good lightfastness. These pencils contain non-toxic pigments and not dyes or other toxic substances. They have state of the art binders that allow the color to release easily on any paper, board, or canvas. Cezanne colored pencils use top quality hardwood that is easy to sharpen and hold the lead firmly in place after sharpening. The lead is soft with large 3mm diameter lead.
