So through this, the book explains Good and Evil, Loving with wisdom, reaching a transcendental state, becoming egoless, living rightly by avoiding extremes, understanding the relation between mind and body, the importance of self-reflection and the purpose of meditation, the reason for spiritual experiences, true Buddha-nature and the law of cause and effect, which do not exist solely in the third-dimensional world.
In order to read and understand this book, which will be different from materialistic Buddhism, it is important to understand the spiritual world to an extent. Of great importance is understanding the chapter on egolessness with regards to this potential misunderstanding of Buddha's teachings.
This book is very well written with clear explanations. It is definitely the book for those who like to give alot of thought to what they read.
