We own 3 retrievers and bought this crate for a spare thinking that it would be decent quality for a good price. Well, we were wrong. The wires on this crate are incredibly thin and the edges do not lock tightly at all. When moving the crate while it's assembled, be careful as it can come apart very easily. In fact, our black Lab was able to escape from this crate with very little effort. All he had to do was shove his body underneath the side door without even unlocking it. He also managed to bend the wires a bit. That's how thin and flimsy they are. We have owned several crates over the years and this one is by far the worst, lowest quality cate we have ever had. If you want a good, solid crate that will last for years, go with Midwest. They are definitely more expensive, but well worth every penny. This Champion one is pure junk.

I have an American bulldog/Boxer and he chewed up the plastic pan in his other cage and was out growing it so I bought this one, its perfect. he has no problems going into his kennel when told to or even some of the time on his own. Fast Shipping, great price, very very pleased.

Owning a bull terrier can be pretty tough. He chewed through the plastic cage bottom cage we bought for him and was able to chew down the carpet and walls. This one he has not managed to chew through. He did manage to bend the metal on the sides but for a bull terrier what else can you expect. The price was reasonable and well worth it,

My dog is small so at first i thought the cage was kind of to big for him.
but I like the fact that there is a divider so the space could be adjusted.
